A quiet form of luxury
Defined by craftsmanship and engineering
Each Monceau begins with a complete bare-metal restoration before being re-engineered around our proprietary electric drivetrain.
The result is not a conversion, but a fully rebuilt classic designed to be driven for decades to come.
We are Monceau Automobiles
Monceau Automobiles transforms classic Mercedes Benz models into iconic electric vehicles. By adding modern EV technology to vintage designs, we create cars that retain their timeless style, are low-maintenance, and deliver a spirited driving experience. Currently, we focus on Mercedes-Benz models from the 1960s to the 1980s, including the W107-series eSL/eSLC models and the W111 eSE coupes and convertibles. Upon request, we can also explore retrofitting other classic models.
Craftmanship
Restoration is more than preservation — it is the careful reconstruction of a classic at the highest level. Each Monceau begins with a complete bare-metal restoration, where every component is rebuilt, refinished or replaced to meet our exacting standards. The original character is preserved, while the vehicle is re-engineered with a proprietary electric drivetrain and modern systems, ensuring it can be driven and enjoyed for decades to come.

At Monceau Automobiles we strongly believe that today’s technology can bring the timeless design of a classic car to another level.
